Don’t sleep on the boneless chicken tenders… amazing!!!! Owner is awesome but the whole crew is super nice. If y’all got issues with delivery… pick it up your dang self!

Accepts orders, doesn’t deliver, marks as complete. You have to fight for a refund. Hours are wrong. Seems like a scam to me. 0/5 avoid at all costs Maybe you should get off doordash if you can’t fulfill any of those orders.

I always pick up from here, so I can’t speak to delivery service. I live by the buffalo chicken pizza, which I cover in fresh spinach when I get home. Their chicken is great! The plain pizza is eh. Go elsewhere if you want the basics, but go here if you want truffle fries. Also, I always use a coupon when purchasing, as it is otherwise on the pricey side for pizza in Boston.

Good tasting pizza but TERRIBLE delivery service. They handle deliveries independently even if you order through UberEats, so it’s like old school: you can’t check the map to see real time delivery updates and can’t see if they took a picture of the delivery. My delivery driver couldn’t find my building to deliver the food to despite me giving him clear instructions, and it took him 15 minutes to find my building. Just don’t do deliveries independently and learn to navigate using Google Maps if you want more satisfied customers! Also, check out in the attached picture how lots of the cheese came off part of the pizza. It did taste good nonetheless but would’ve tasted great if their delivery ppl handled it properly.

This is my go-to late night option. I usually get the calzone and my boyfriend loves their cheesesteaks - they’re both SO good!! Everyone who works there who I’ve interacted with has been incredibly nice, and whenever I call or place an online order it’s always the correct order, and waiting for me when I arrive. Such nice people and a great restaurant! It can get a bit pricey, but I’d say it’s worth it.

Used to order here weekly for football and UFC. One time, they completely dropped the ball. (It happens) The GM reached out a few days later, offered a refund and replacement of order. Refund never came, re order never came. I emailed and called a few times. Trust was definitely lost as a local. Other options out there I guess. Lost a loyal customer over a couple bucks.

This is a update from my bad experience. The owner Joe contacted me and assured me this is an isolated incident. Joe was extremely accommodating. Joe refunded my whole order and gave me a gift card. As a business owner myself I appreciate this extra mile. He did not have to personally call me, he could have sent a email or letter (I have a account with Rock City). I explained to Joe in depth what happened and he was apologetic and sincere. Interactions such as this make return customers and instill trust. Now I will be going back.

good pizza, bad delivery service. takes over an hour and a half with no ubereats tracking available. this would be a 5 star review otherwise, who's got time to wait nearly two hours for a pizza?
